These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof.  All claims, actions, proceedings, and disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in the federal and/or state courts sitting in West Palm Beach, Florida and all parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Florida. Use of mycapdental.com or access to any resources, publications, and materials contained on the site constitutes agreement to and consideration sufficient to support these Terms of Use.
